• Program available only for Canopy Breeze fans purchased on this website, CanopyFan.com.  Fans purchased elsewhere are not eligible.
• For one year after purchase, if your remote is lost or broken for any reason, email us at service@canopyfan.com and we will ship you a replacement remote free of charge.
• Limited to one replacement per purchase.  If you break it or lose it again, that's on you!

RETURNS. Canopy Breeze comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Canopy Breeze fan during the first 30 days of use, contact us for a return label and we will issue a full refund once we receive the fan in our warehouse. The fan must be in working order with all parts included.

Canopy Breeze fans come with a 2-year warranty against failure due to manufacturing defects. If for any reason, your fan becomes inoperable during the first two years following purchase, please contact us for warranty replacement.

This warranty excludes damage to the fan due to wind, rain and other acts of nature; droppage due to improper installation; and failure due to prolonged exposure to the elements, including rain and moisture. (Canopy Breeze is not intended for permanent outdoor installation. Please store your fan indoors in its case when not in use.)
