EZ-UP Canopies and Accessories may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us. CanopyFan.com has negotiated pricing with FedEx and UPS, and we can provide a shipping label using our discounts upon customer request. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the customer refund once the item arrives back in our facility.
