Returns

CANOPY BREEZE FANS-100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Canopy Breeze fans come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, meaning if you are dissatisfied with your fan for any reason, you may return it to us within the 30-day period with free shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@canopyfan.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  Meko Outdoors c/o SalesFlex, 4250 Concorde Rd, Memphis, TN 38118.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EZ-UP CANOPIES AND ACCESSORIES

EZ-UP Canopies and Accessories bought on this site may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused and in their original packaging.  Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.  Since we have negotiated shipping rates with UPS and FedEx, we will provide a return shipping label at the customer's request.  The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the customer refund once the items are received in our warehouse.

CANOPY BREEZE PARTS

Parts for Canopy Breeze fans may be returned to us at the customer's expense within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
