Our Story
Hot, still air can turn a great day outdoors into an uncomfortable one. If you’ve ever sat under a canopy at a game, tailgate, or event wishing for a breeze—you’re not alone.
That’s exactly the problem Canopy Breeze was created to solve.
I’m Matt, founder of Meko Industries and inventor of Canopy Breeze. The idea started on a sweltering weekend at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex in Memphis, watching my daughter play soccer in the heat. We had shade—but no airflow—and the still air made us miserable.
When I couldn’t find a fan designed for canopies, I set out to build one.
After years of prototyping, testing, and refining, Canopy Breeze was born—a simple way to bring real airflow and comfort to your outdoor setup.
Today, we help families, teams, and outdoor enthusiasts stay cooler and enjoy more of the moments that matter.
