Is Your Canopy Compatible with Canopy Breeze?
Traditional, or "Pyramid" Style Frames
This style of canopy has a pyramid-shaped apex. When your Canopy Breeze fan is installed, there is plenty of clearance between the fan blades and occupants underneath.
Cross-Truss, or "Center Pole" Style Canopies
These frames hold the roof fabric in place via a center pole, which is supported by trusses at the top of the legs. When hanging Canopy Breeze in the center of this type of frame, the fan blades are typically too low for the occupants underneath.
Cross Truss Frame Adapter
To remedy this, we developed the CROSS-TRUSS FRAME ADAPTER. This portable adapter comes in a convenient travel bag and quickly assembles to mount on the canopy trusses. This raises the fan blades on your fan to a safe height.
Please note that the fans hang to the side of the canopy and not the center. Users have the option of installing two fans in their cross-truss frames for more even air distribution.
Assembles in a Few Easy Steps
Step 1
Connect the two leg pieces to the adjustable center extension.
Step 2
With the canopy at 1/2 height, tighten the legs of the adapter on the canopy trusses.
Step 3
Place Canopy Breeze on the adapter using two of its four hooks.
Step 4
Raise your canopy to full height, operate the fan with its remote, and enjoy the breeze! Since the adapter sits to one side of the canopy, you have the option of installing two fans for extra comfort on warm days.
