Warranty

Canopy Breeze is manufactured to extremely high quality standards and goes through several rounds of inspection before it reaches our warehouse. But, sometime things happen! We want you to know that we stand behind our product and will take whatever steps necessary to make things right.

Meko Outdoors, Inc warranties all new Canopy Breeze fans (excluding Open Box units) to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years following the date of purchase, provided the product is used in a non-commercial manner. This limited warranty does not cover failures as a result of abuse, droppage, or using this product in a manner contrary to its intent. Damage caused by collapsed/toppled canopies as a result of wind or other acts of nature are excluded from this warranty.

Two Year Battery Warranty. Should the built-in lithium ion battery no longer hold a charge in the first two years after date of purchase, please let us know. We will replace the battery free of charge, or ship a replacement motor unit. Please review the Battery Care section of the user instructions to maximize the battery life of your fan.

One Year Open Box Unit Warranty. All Open Box Canopy Breeze units come with a one-year warranty based on the conditions listed above. Warranty applies to defects in material workmanship or battery failure in the first 12-months after purchase.
