Canopies and Accessories from EZ-UP International can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returned canopies, and the customer is responsible for shipping back to us. CanopyFan.com has negotiated rates with UPS and FedEx and can provide return labels using our discounted rates upon request. Contact us at service@canopyfan.com for a label, and we will discount the cost from your refund once the item arrives back in our facility.

Free shipping on purchases of $50 or more in the U.S. lower 48 via UPS or FedEx Ground.

We add $4.95 USPS shipping charge on items under $50.
